This is our big tree. We sit under it every day. There's a seat under it. Its leaves are bright green. It has a brown trunk. Sometimes it blocks the sun out of our faces. When it's sunny, wasps came. There's seats around it. I sit on a red seat with Mihi. By Alisha

Hi Alish- that tree is a gum- rub the leaves and smell- it's good if you have a cold!
Let me know if there are wasps- I don't want them stinging you!
We have lots of trees in the school- some of them are fruit trees- apples, plums and apricots- ask Miss Wise about the apricots- they are her favourite. Do you have any fruit tress at home- I have an apricot/ apple/ nectarine and this year I planted a pear- I like eating fruit!
